Hi there.  My name is Bryan Thomas and I am addicted to high performance.  I have spent the last 15 years of my life learning how to become healthier, happier, and to live an awesome life.

The reason this area has fascinated me so much is simple, I didn't like who I was and I especially didn't like who I was becoming.

The problems I encountered growing up with school and the various low-grade jobs I held left me confused, frustrated and ultimately unhappy and unhealthy.

Even though I knew definitively that I wasn't happy with who I was or where I was in life, I intuitively knew there had to be a better way.  If I can see so many other people living amazing lives, why couldn't that be my life too?

This drive for self improvement started like many people begin their journey towards bettering themselves; I decided to get a gym membership.

I was never atheltic growing up (BIG RED FLAG), I was socially uncomfortable around friends and family (ANOTHER RED FLAG),  and yet here I was thrust in the social zoo that is working out in a public gym.

Fortunately I responded really well at first and eventually learned to like how I felt exercising regularly.  I liked it so much in fact that I decided I wanted to learn more about how to get the most out of my time and effort spent in the gym.

I read every magazine I could, checked out every book from the library I could, and unfortunately I spent every dollar on the latest and greatest supplements I could.  In fact, had I known then what I know now about supplements I could have saved enough money to buy an Audi or a Cadillac.

After a period of self educating myself in fitness every free hour of every day, and working crummy jobs to pay bills, I decided my true passion was in the health and fitness word.  I decided to heed that calling and seek out formal education in addition to my own.

My educational path started at the age of 19 when I first enrolled in the highly esteemed National Personal Training Institute where I graduated from in with certifications in Fitness as well as Nutrition.  I haven't stopped learning since.

Fast forward to now, I have received numerous certifications in fitness and nutrition in the last 15 years and as of the last 5 years, I have been continually getting certified and educated in the fields of Neuroscience and Behavior Change.

A small list of the certifications I have received over the years:

  • ZHPS Essentials of Elite Performance

  • ZHPS R-Phase

  • ZHPS I-Phase

  • ZHPS S-Phase

  • ZHPS T-Phase

  • ZHPS Speed

  • ZHPS Sustenance and Spirit

  • ZHPS Skill and Style

  • ZHPS Stamina

  • ZHPS Structure

  • ZHPS Strength and Suppleness

  • ZHPS Next Evolution

  • ZHPS Master Practitioner Candidate

  • Functional Aging Specialist

  • Fascial Stretch Therapist

  • Insitute of Integrated Nutrition CHHC

  • And many more

My life has gotten exponentially better as I have dug deeper and deeper into the neuroscience of high performing people and I have made it my life's purpose to share that knowledge and wisdom with others so they don't waste their time making the same mistakes in life that I have.

Life is too short to live a life that doesn't make you jump out of bed happy every morning.  I want to help you find that life and I have been fortunate enough to amassed an amazing set of tools to do that.
